If you see at the top of the webpage, it explains that 'A feral child (feral, – wild or undomesticated) is a human child who has lived isolated from human contact from a very young age, and has no (or little) experience of human care, loving or social behavior, and, crucially, of human language.'
Genie was isolated from human save for her parents, so yes, she is actually feral. Hope that clears that up XD

Der, there's more child slavery today than ever was in amidst all this moderrn child protection hype but some people seem to have an agenda to protect sexual perverts... Its more criminal to kill someone than varously torture someone to a point of committing suicide...

so.”?I am more ctbrofoamle with an adult bringing in morality, than leaving it out. Like I would prefer “we don’t use words like that because they really hurt people.” to just “don’t say that.”

As an historian who has studied this case at length, I can verify that Victor of Aveyron has never been proven to be a hoax. Actually, his case is particularly well-documented, since he was made a ward of the French Empire at the very beginning of the nineteenth century. Obviously, this long after his discovery, it's been impossible to verify how long he lived in the woods, although there are several believable accounts of different villagers and farmers encountering him over a period of six to eighteen months before he was finally captured. But the documentation of his disabilities and physical condition clearly points to a child who was abandoned or isolated from a very young age, and who spent considerable time without shelter from the elements. Those details meet the conditions for classifying him as a feral child.

Most of these are hoaxes.

The gazelle boy story is not true,
I have read a variety of things, and it is confirmed it was a hoax. If you do look in the picture, the child does not have nearly enough muscle mass to be able to keep up with a gazelle herd, he has a farmers tan.
And there have been mixed stories of him put into an institution, being tortured for his efforts to escape, then escaping. And other cases of them saying they left him the way he was, with the herd.

Amala and Kamala were a scam that priest created hoping to get more donations for his church

Most of these stories are falsifications.
